A midlife divorce makes us feel anything but confident. We often feel embarrassed and unworthy. Just remember, people are drawn to confidence and good humor. Confidence says, “I’m a good, worthwhile, self-reliant, optimistic person who has gifts to share with the world.” Confident people smile warmly and have an open heart. One of the best ways of building a self-assured, up-beat spirit is by how we “carry” ourselves physically.
