I am getting ready for a divorce recovery boot camp tomorrow in Kansas City, Missouri. As usual, I am excited about it! There are wonderful speakers coming with all kinds of inspirational recovery information and resources. I have prayed for the women who will be there. They are hurting now, but I want them to know who they really are. They (and each one of us) are incredible, unique, special creations of God. I am giving each attendee a list of things they are feeling now… frustrated, angry, sad, overwhelmed, confused … a whole page of words like that. Then I am going to hand them a sheet that says, “The Real Me.” I am going to just put down in this blog every word that is on that list. When you’re finished reading it, make a list of your own wonderful, personal manifestations of God’s Spirit.
