R.A.D.I.C.A.L. Thoughts

"Always bear in mind that your own resolution to succeed is more important than any other one thing."
Abraham Lincoln

Our own resolution to succeed is the beginning of the journey. We have to get in our head first of all what we want and then how we are going to get what we want. Then we have to keep doing every day what it takes to succeed. We can't just resolve it, we have to do the hard work to get it. But I think there is something even more important than our own will and resolve, and that is committing our plans to God. Our plans to succeed have to be worthy of God. They have to be goals that will truly fulfill us, goals that will bring us satisfaction, contentment, joy, adventure, pleasure, even prosperity. What is your objective? At what do you want to succeed? Set goals worthy of God, worthy of your effort, worthy of your time and energy and then go after them with all your heart! If you truly commit your goals to the Lord, he will give you the power and the imagination and the dedication you need to succeed.

"Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and your plans will succeed."
Proverbs 16:3 (NIV)
