R.A.D.I.C.A.L. Thoughts

“A friend is someone who understands your past, believes in your future, and accepts you just the way you are.”

From my point of view the Midlife Divorce Recovery Bootcamp in Kansas City Saturday was a huge success. The presenters had very helpful solid information to pass along. They were knowledgeable and easy to listen to and understand. I learned a lot myself! But for me, the most rewarding part of the day was meeting all of those who attended. New friends. New sisters. New fellow survivors who are on the journey of a glorious life! Every one of you have helpful tips to share. Every one of you have learned things that either aren't working or are working. By each of us sharing what we know, the whole group profits. That's one of the most exciting parts of becoming a R.A.D.I.C.A.L. Woman. We are a very special group of women who are all experiencing a specific set of challenges .... earth-shaking, life-changing challenges. But after Saturday, I'm more sure than ever that we are capable, strong, fun women who won't settle for anything less than a fantastic life. That's exciting! That's thrilling! Keep your eye on the www.midlifedivorcerecovery.com website for new ways to connect with each other. I'm working right now on the R.A.D.I.C.A.L. Women page for new opportunities to grow and learn from each other. Stay tuned! There will be lots of ways we can all help each other and we will all be stronger than ever.
"If one falls down, his friend can help him up. But pity the man who falls and has no one to help him up."
