R.A.D.I.C.A.L. Thoughts

"What we sow or plant in the soil will come back to us in exact kind. It's impossible to sow corn and get a crop of wheat, but we entirely desregard this law when it comes to mental sowing."
Orison Swett Marden
The law of sowing and reaping always works. It works in every area of life. Whether we are planting a real garden this spring or planting the seeds of kindness or planting good thoughts or planting hate or bitterness. Whatever we plant, we will harvest. Some call it "Karma" Or some say "What goes around, comes around." At times, it seems as though people who are planting the wrong things get a beautiful garden or a harvest that looks enticing. But even though sometimes it seems as if this rule of reaping and sowing doesn't work, in reality it always does. What we need to concentrate on is not the other person getting what he or she deserves, but in us doing what we should be doing to get what we deserve. Today lets plant all of the positive seeds we can: goodness, kindness, joy, hard work, peace, laughter, confidence. When we plant those seeds, the garden is going to bloom with a beautiful, delicious harvest. That's not just wishful thinking. It's a fact of nature and a law of life.
"Don't be misled: No one makes a fool of God. What a person plants, he will harvest. The person who plants selfishness, ignoring the needs of others --ignoring God!--harvests a crop of weeds. All he'll have to show for his life is weeds! But the one who plants in response to God, letting God's Spirit do the growth work in him, harvests a crop of real life, eternal life."
Galatians 6:7-8
